I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Instacart (Austin, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
After filling out the application I received an email stating that there will be a phone interview the very next day. When I finally received the call no one answered on the other line. I gave it a couple of minutes so see if they would call back but they didn't. At that point I called them back and got through to my interviewer who then proceeded to do the phone interview while eating on the other end (she was chewing loud enough). All the questions asked were the exact same questions that were in the application itself which I found to be very odd. I could tell this interviewer just didn't want to be talking to me. Most unprofessional interview I've ever been in.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you delivered exceptional customer service.
Easy interview process including test shopping at a location. It was some time ago when I applied but I remember it being easy. It may have changed in the last couple years.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Instacart

There isn’t one they just do a background check and dmv report. I’m not sure what else to put but there is no interview for this position it is self employed
Online application process done entirely through your phone. Not so much an interview as you are self contracted, more so a background check. As expected from a position such as this
