This was for a remote contract position. The initial recruiters were excellent. Unfortunately, the hiring team was not so great. I was very disappointed in the overall process. I don't understand why a company would want to hire a CSM as a contractor. I think the CSM needs to be a permanent position because it takes time to establish relationships with the C-level executives. The hiring manager was young, and I felt she was intimidated by my years of experience. We had a great interview, but they decided to proceed with another candidate.
