Prepared and took an online exam which was a hassle with their software requirements and was video monitored. Then set up a time for a follow up interview to discuss results. Waited and waited and no response. Once I followed up with hiring manager was told they forgot and ended up filling the role afterwards. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Applied online and had a phone screen interview with their recruiting manager within a few days. Recruiter was super professional and we had a genuine two-way conversation. We moved to the next steps and setup a video interview with a Director a few days after.
Previous to applying I read all the negative interview reviews and took them with a grain of salt. However, after the 1:1 interview the Director, I must say it was the worst interview I've ever had. Its unfortunate because I held the organization with such high esteem and it was a company high on my list as a contributor.
Our video interview was scheduled early in the AM. The interviewer had some technical difficulties and was unable to "get the cam to work". Really? Okay no big deal. Interviewer began by offering a polite disclaimer that he was essentially ill prepared for the interview and apologized for the unprofessionalism. I'll save the embarrassment and leave out the details. He also didn't have my CV on hand. During our 30min scheduled chat, he went on for 28 minutes about IAS, the companies expansion into the Canadian market, setting up a Toronto office, and the opportunities as an AM. Perhaps, this could of been concisely summarized into 15 mins? Consequently, the 2 minutes of time remaining left for only 1 question. His answer to my question was patronizing, arrogant and little was left to be desired as a future boss. Hopefully IAS reads this review and takes corrective action.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Integral Ad Science (London, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was an 8:30 meeting, my first with the company and unfortunately the person that was meant to interview me was unable to make it and left if in the hands of the sales managers. The sales managers admitted being out the night before, they didn't have my CV with them, and didn't seem happy to be there.
Rather than ask me about my experience, they quizzed me on what I knew about the company, which wasn't much, bearing in mind this was my first interview with them. All in all, very unprofessional and wouldn't want to join this company, if this is how all their staff are.
