Interview
They called me twice, first time there are two round one is taken by hr and other by Company head, current hr is resigned due to no maternity leave policy. I got a call from hr and she called me for final round as i got shortlisted the same process followed and after that hr offered me a package and told me about all policies, terms and conditions and all their polices are against the employees still I accepted the offer as I need to change my company. They also told me that they will not mention the package over the offer letter same will be provided after 3 months completion of probation along with appointment letter.
After all this hr told me that she will provide me the offer by end of the day and I did not received any offer and when I mailed them for the same. They told me I am not SHORTLISTED. It seems taking interviews is a joke for them. I will never recommend ICE to any one.
DO NOT SPOIL YOUR CAREER WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION.
