Intellia interview questions

I was contacted through a recruiter and after discussing the role that was presented to me, we worked on putting together a resume specific for the position. This was submitted and the company decided to move forward with an interview directly with the hiring manager.

There were 3 interviews. They mainly asked Technical questions. They Didn’t focus too much on soft skills. Contractors interview process is much easier. They care a lot that your technical background is solid they don’t want train employees
