I interviewed at Intelligent Change (London, England)
Interview
The company representative conducted herself politely and professionally during the interview, creating a positive initial impression. However, after our conversation ended, I never received any follow-up, feedback, or update regarding the next steps.
Unnecessarily long interview process consisting of 5 steps including a task. The Founder is a weird character who is supposedly hands off yet he wants to be very involved in the interview process. I was meant to have my final stage interview with him and the COO in person. Once I showed up he was nowhere to be seen and didn't turn up at all. After going through all rounds I was told that they are waiting for the founder to make a decision but he went on holiday and then I was ghosted which was greatly appreciated. Then I saw the job was reposted so they didn't even make a decision. Lovely approach from a company that is focused on mindfulness.

Question 1
I was asked by the COO what colour personality type I am from the "Surrounded By Idiots" book.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intelligent Change (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
1st stage interview was an hour video interview. Had to answer each question 3 times - couldn't choose to go with a version you answered already - so took quite a lot of time and was incredibly frustrating. Despite giving up an hour of my time, I never heard from them again. Complete waste of my time and very disrespectful.
