The usual - an example of when you've managed a challenging client, what you like to do in your spare time etc.
An initial screening call, initial chat with hiring manager, more in-depth knowledge based chat with hiring manager, a two part task, an hour long presentation of the task, chat with CEO and then culture chat. It was long but friendly and fair. The last two stages seemed like a formality than an actual interview.
