Interview
I emailed my application form and was called shortly afterwards to arrange an interview at the company's London office. The interview itself was very straightforward - nothing unusual or gimmicky, just questions about the skillset, various situations and how I would react, as well as information about myself and work experience. They are very nice people who put you at ease and I really enjoyed myself - this was fun! They also called next day to tell me about the outcome, so at least there was no unnecessary wait. Pity I didn't get it, as they took somebody with more relevant sector experience, but at least it was a good and encouraging experience.
