The hiring process.
I have been working as a professional from last 8 years. I have a side hussle in trading and always wanted to work in a trading firm. The hiring part is so pathetic that I have to give a test before the interview in which there's multiple aptitude test which I've given and from every parameter it's matches the JD. Both the time the hr then sents the mail that we move ahead with other candidates or so.
I mean how can you judge an individual skill and tenured by some test. Get the real deal by having a one on one interview.
Also, the hiring system is so cooked they don't even mentioned the test scores or results. I mean what a mess if you want Great people's to work for you seriously atleast have an interview instead of some test with no score or results. Candidates time are also valuable not just the employee's stop wasting time by posting job which you guys not even have a vacancy for. Stop fooling around and be professional. The hiring process not only create a mindset for employees not to give an interview for interactive brokers because the management is destroying its good will. Don't know about the firm images in other countries but in India I am never going to interview here also not even letting anyone whom I know interview for then. Being professional for 8 years one learns a thing or two. I learnt networking and never gonna let anyone from my network work for this firm. Its so much pathetic and brings out the rage in any individuals.
