Interview
The interview is essentially a 2-step process.
The first round is to meet the General Manager, HR and/or your prospective line manager, who speaks to you about some of your core competencies and what he's also looking for.
The second round will have you meet the Group CEO for a conversation.
Altogether, it's a very conversational type of interview; the atmosphere is quite relaxed.
