Thorough, thoughtful and helpful in getting to know the company. The interview was in two stages, first digital then in person. Met everybody from the office and enjoyed the process.
I interviewed at Interactive Workshops (London, England)
Interview
Interview process was unique and involved an assessment day with other applicants. We had group tasks and individual ones. We were asked to prepare a presentation and had to do some writing under pressure. It was an accurate representation of what it is like to work there.

Question 1
Pre assessment interview was more about background and experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Interactive Workshops in Feb 2023
Interview
I was invited to a group interview with Interactive Workshops. The fact that it was a group interview already seemed suspicious to me, but I gave it a shot. There were four interviewees and two interviewers. The first part was about introducing a few facts about yourself and asking one question about someone else's bio. In the second part, we were divided into pairs and had to write as much as we knew about the company. That's it. The interviewers didn't make us feel comfortable throughout the process and somewhat demonstrated a biased attitude towards ESL speakers. None of the tasks tested skills required for the job, and no feedback was provided afterward, so I felt like my time was wasted.
