International Paralympic Committee interview questions

1. Received an email from HR for the remote interview invitation. 2. After confirming the date, HR will send a link for the interview. 3. First interview lasted about 45 mins. If you pass, you will receive a task to complete, the task might vary depending on your job. 4. Second round lasted about 1 hour will tailor the question toward the task.

The interviews had been running smoothly, unstressed and in a friendly atmosphere. They interviewed as a team. They were very welcoming and passionate about para-sports and Paralympic Movement. It was a pleasure to talk to them.
