Interviewed for coop. The manager is very friendly. Asked a few basic programming questions like "what's the difference between = and .equals()" , then they provided a piece of parper with a program printed on it, gave me 10 minutes to read it and asked questions about it.

The interview is a 2 - 3 step process where you talk to the HR and then perform a coding exercise. This is a straight forward get to know you and then you get into the the coding exercise.
