Spoke to two seperate recruiters over a few months. The first ghosted me when I decided to cancel the next step. I am not sure that they still recruit for them and they were poor at communicating up until that point. The second one seemed great on the first call and was supposed to get back to me with an update within a few days or the following week, but 2-3 weeks later and nothing. I followed up and crickets. This is a small company and this would be a major red flag for me.
