Interview
Wasn't the typical interview process as they really want to make sure you can think outside the box and on the go. Explained the challenges they face on day to day and gave me the ability to design as I wanted.
This company was an unexpected disappointment for me. The interviewer was late in the first and the second round of interviews.
Also, the company didn't post any position related and give me a huge and free design challenge to create in my home to see if I get the job. In the end, he made me work so hard when they never were truly open to hiring a designer ever.
This company is not a good recommendation for people who want to work in a company that cares about employees.

Interview
A brief phone call which is mostly them asking about your experience followed by a technical interview with the senior software engineer. The technical round had conceptual questions on c++ and networking followed by a coding round.
