Applied on Linkedin, the recruiter reached out for a call, arranged for a call with the hiring manager and immediate mentor, and three weeks later reached out for a team call, one hour call about mentorship style, leadership style, and technical expertise, offer sent over next week.
Well-structured 3 rounds of interview, first HR screening, then hiring manager interview / screening, and the panel interview with the group or the team on site where they asked various questions
