I received a call from the recruiter on March 4th, where we discussed details such as notice period, current CTC, expected CTC, etc., for about 15-20 minutes. On March 10th, he contacted me again to schedule an interview, which I agreed to. The interview lasted for about an hour with 3-4 panelists, and it was a pleasant discussion. However, after the interview, I didn’t receive any feedback. I sent a follow-up email but didn’t get a response. I then called the HR, and he informed me that I cleared the technical round, but due to my notice period, they wouldn't proceed with my profile. While I appreciate the feedback, my concern is that the interview, which took up an hour of both the panel's and my time, should not have happened if they were already aware of the notice period issue. It feels very unprofessional to schedule an interview under such circumstances. I would advise others not to apply or attend interviews with this company, as your time may be wasted without even receiving proper feedback.
