      I interviewed at Invite Networks

      Interview

Straightforward process with some very weird warning signs from the two head honchos. They were clearly trying to replace someone else in this position and referred to that person and their predecessor as "resources." Not employees, not team members, not people... just resources. The vibe I got was they were hoping to get a deal on their next hire rather than a person well qualified to do the job, even though they had expressed that they've made that mistake before. Old habits are hard to break, I guess. Good luck to them.
