I applied online. I interviewed at Iprova (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
Without giving too much away it followed a simple three stage process.
1. Video interview - be prepared to record yourself answering creative and technical questions for 20ish minutes. Certainly take all the time you can and describe as possible, down to the fundamentals. If you don't know the systems be sure to use logic to try and provide a generally sensible description.
2. Informal In-person Interview - Had a chat with the team and discussed technology that I'm interested in.
3. Technical challenge - Nothing too strenuous or laborious. Simply discussing new areas of technology with couple members of Iprova's Team.
Un seul entretien technique, des questions divers de logique, exercice de programmation, présentation de Iprova, ensuite j’étais contacté au bout de trois semaines pour une offre. Très bonne ambiance au bureau. Cadre magnifique au parc innovation de l’EPFL

Interview
Initially, they sent me an invitation for an interview without providing any specific details. After several follow-up emails, they finally provided a link for a video interview, which turned out to be quite enjoyable. The video interview consisted of five technical questions, with five minutes allotted for each question. Upon completing the video interview, I had to repeatedly inquire about the next steps, until eventually being asked to provide my availability. Despite offering multiple options, I had to follow up multiple times before finalizing the interview's time and date. Surprisingly, they failed to send me the interview link or provide any information about the interview panel. after a couple of emails they finally sent me the google meet link. Nonetheless, I attended the interview. However, 10 minutes into the interview that I was asked which role I had applied for, which was quite shocking!!!! considering the lack of organizational structure I was expecting something going wrong... The day after the interview, I sent an email inquiring about the next steps, and they promptly responded a few hours later, stating that after an internal discussion, they had decided not to proceed with my application. Overall, the experience was terrible and shocking, not because I was not offered the job (I am content not to work for them), but due to the highly disappointing process for such a standard procedure.
