I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos in May 2021
Interview
I had a referral who was able to get me in the interview process. The initial recruiter was responsive up until my 3rd interview, which I found out later from my friend I got disqualified on. I get its a big company, but the recruiter could've at the very least let me know they've moved on with other candidates after my follow ups. I was 3 interviews in, did a whole mock project/presentation, and had a referral on the team.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
