I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Washington, DC) in Apr 2019
Interview
5 30 minute interviews with varying levels of staff mostly about fit than content or specific questions about your experience. Thought this was a great way to go about it since resume and references speak for the rest.

Interview
It is a live assessment, mostly on general maths, and an interview with key stakeholders. It was smooth and they all seem nice. It is one of my smoothest interviews.
I had two interviews, one HR call, and one-panel interview with a manager and a director. If pass the panel interview then I could get the offer. I Have a good experience overall, but they ghost me and nobody replies to my follow-up email. I feel this is very unprofessional.
