Applied for the PI Paralegal position at Irwin Mitchell in their Birmingham office. The application process took 2 and half weeks. Got a reply from the HR through email that informed me that I have been offered a 45min long- interview. Prepared in advance for such interview through taking in consideration of the time. The actual interview was only 10 mins long. The interviewer had no clue as to what he was talking about and equally, the only value his assistant bought to the interview was a constant smirk whilst watching something on her laptop which to be fair could suggest how underprepared they both were in taking interviews.
In conclusion, my experience could differ from the rest of the applicants that have applied successfully or those who have gained exposure to this firm in other type of ways, but if previous job reviews are read; I am not the only person who is displeased by how unprofessional Irwin Mitchell.
