Basically they would like to know how well you would work in a team because the job will require a combined team effort from everyone in that shift. They ask very few technical questions but having at least a basic knowledge of how a lab functions is absolutely necessary

interviewed at 7am in Burlington with two managers. they had a BOOKLET of behavioral questions that lasted about 45 minutes and final question was a technical question on radioactive decay.
