Interview
The interview process I went through felt extensive, but ultimately left me with a sense of unease, as if the company might have taken advantage of me. One particularly concerning aspect was that the position advertised was for 0.6 FTE, yet they demanded a full-time commitment from me (15-18 teaching hours per week), even asking me to resign from my other part-time job. This left me questioning the company's intentions and the fairness of their expectations.

Question 1
if i can resign from my current part-time job to take their part-time offer.
Online interview, started promptly, very well structured and friendly. Questions very close to the job description and person specific so a positive preparation experience too. Ran to the time stated in the invitation email. Unfortunately the HR organisation was not as successful as the interviewing panel with delays in interview invitations being sent and delays in interview decisions being received, in fact I’m still waiting.
