One on one with the manager, it wasn't very stressful and it was very nice talking about the culture of J.Crew and asking questions about customer service. At the end of it all it ended up more being a chat than an interview which is always great.

I applied online, then I called the store and notified them that I had just applied. They pulled my application and sent me an interview with store manager. Interview lasted about 15 minutes, no additional interviews.
At least for the holiday season, they contact you in the fall to begin the interview process. Pretty straightforward questions. I met with 2 of the managers. Company gets back to you within a couple of weeks.

The whole process finished in less than 15 mins. It went very smooth and casual. Ask about my background and any retail experience, why do I want to work at J.crew and these very typical questions. I feel like if you present confident and nicely and chat a little bit helps people make a good impression on.
