Met a recruiter at a job fair for the opening of a new mall. I had a short interview with the recruiter there, maybe about 10 minutes. It was very casual. They let me know there that they liked my style and thought I'd make a great fit for their new location. So, they let me know someone would be calling to schedule another interview with the manager of the store and they would make the final decision. I received a call quickly, I believe in the next day or two, and I was scheduled to meet the manager for an interview the next week. The interview with the manager went off without a hitch, it was very quick and casual, only lasted about 20 minutes, and the manager pretty much confirmed then that I had a job. But I got the official offer about a day or two later. Overall, a very quick and pleasant interview experience. The questions were pretty typical. I believe it helps if you dress the part, stylish but still somewhat business casual. In both interviews, they pointed out how they liked my style, so I think that was a plus.
