Applied online for HK office. Two phone interviews, first with an associate (a stock pitch with follow up questions) and second with the deputy head (pure behavioral). Received the offer two weeks after that.
Was okay, regular interview process. AC was 3 rounds. If you pass first 2 get to 3rd with head of ER. Overall process was quick and simple, asked about investing and stuff.

Format: Two rounds of 30-minute 1-on-1 interview on Zoom
First round is more technical-based on your accounting/finance knowledge
Second round is more behavioral based on your motivations
