It was a JPMorgan interview at Singapore (changi branch). Was given java questions to answer, and feedback for interviewer was great as I was able to answer majority of the questions. However when the process reaches the indian hiring manager (it failed). It felt that, JPM is a pro indian company, very few experienced locals are given a chance to enter it seems. There is something wrong with the hiring process. JPMorgan managers PLEASE TAKE NOTE. Feedback given was lack of experience. In the first place, if lack of experience, why do you ask me for an interview to answer your questions? And if i was able to answer it, why weren't i given a chance to move to the next round.
