Interview
I got a call from HR with employee referral and interview was scheduled on sunday 11 am. I have reported at 10.45 am. I was waiting for my call. it was 11, 12 and finally 1 o clock. and finally went to HR and asked wt s the problem. he said some senior panel need to come to interview me. But finally the already available panel interviewed me.
The interview was not systematic. They don't know how to interview 7 + candidate. its purely service based company interview. All basics and syntax error related. They expect the answer wt ever they know. They won't listen to u.

9. How to make a class immutable.
10. Few agile related questions as I am into agile.
What are indexes and why do we use them? What are inner and outer joins? What are partitions? Did you work on Database Sharding? What are interfaces and why do we use them in normal daily coding? What are the performance hickups you faced and how did you resolve them ? What are hints in Oracle ? How do you create Servlets? What are the contents in Weblogic.xml and web.xml? How to edit them ?
