Interview
The interview was very ordinary and what you would expect from a Bank. The sales manager was new to his position and it was obvious that he had not conducted many interviews in the past. I could tell he was new and didn't have a lot of the answers to the questions I had asked of him.
Thorough and well rounded. Talk to many members of organization to ensure you are a fit. You speak with several members of team from banking and wealth management. They make sure you are a fit, which is paramount to your success.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Mercer Island, WA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Initial screening by HR, followed by a Regional Leader interview. The remainder is about 3 months of layered interviews with assesments along the way. There is olenty of training and the final stage is going to New York for a last leg of training.

Two interviews back to back, communication was clear and concise. The interviewers were friendly and conducted a professional interview. After the interview they reached out and communicated the decision in about a week.
