Phone interview first. If goes well it will by followed by video. Easy conversational.as about background, salary, working with managers, sourcing, tools used, sites used. Process and a lot od scenarion and behavioral questiosn
Formal and long, but the process was thorough, comprehensive, and helpful. While I met a lot of people the whole thing took less than two week's time. In the end it was worth it.
The interview process started with a 30 minute detailed phone screen with the recruiter. We discussed my background/experience, the types of recruitment experience I have, my current/previous req loads, KPI's, and the opportunity in detail.
Interview process was 4 different 30-minute Zoom video interviews.
1st interview with Executive Director
2nd interview with Hiring Manager (VP)
3rd interview with peer (VP)
4th interview with peer (VP)
Verbal offer arrived same day as final interview. Written offer took 3 business days. Hiring team followed-up to answer any additional questions that I may have.

Question 1
I don't remember the exact questions but they asked questions regarding requisition load, current KPI's, how my current team is organized, recruitment process questions, how I source candidates. Overall, the interviews all felt very conversational and each interviewer answered all of my questions in great detail.
