Very supporting and motivating. Learnt my strong points and weak points. Grateful for all i've learnt. Thanks to the Mr. Kailash Shahani I learnt multiple skills and gained knowledge in a vast amount of areas. Will definitely recommend to others and return myself
Very behaviorally focused. It was for a capital markets role, so it was more about the person I was not about my technical knowledge. Asked very basic market questions (what is happening, outlook, what would you do with 1 m)
