J2 Sourcing interview questions

I was invited to the interview after submitting a short video introduction. The first meeting (and my last) was with the team leader and was more of an informal conversation. There were no specific technical questions asked, just a general 'tell me about yourself'. One thing that stood out was the team leader saying "how easy this work is," and it gave the impression as if he did not value his team's work.
