I had a first round interview with 2 account managers for 30 minutes, with very standard questions, such as tell me about yourself, how to manage data, about doing complex campaigns. I learned in the interview that the job would require a lot of collaboration and that there would be 4-5 rounds of interviews. The focus of the interview was less on soft skills and more on hard skills, even though the job description made it sound like they needed a variety of skills. None of the questions or information from the pre-interview questionnaire was used in the interview. In the interview, it felt like they wanted to screen out whether I would be willing to withstand the demands of agency life and figure out what kinds of candidates are available in the job market. Again, the job description did not make it clear what kinds of hard skills they are looking for. The Glassdoor reviews and interview reviews did not give a great look for the company, while the new JAM Direct entry does not even connect with this page
