The interview focused on the fundamental linkage between chemical composition (Alloying), thermal history (Heat Treatment), and the resulting mechanical performance (HSS/Tool Steels). As an MME graduate, the takeaway is that material selection is always a trade-off between Strength, Toughness, and Cost . i got interview by college placements
