Its a tricky rounds that they take, include very interesting set of question where they do character analysis throught situation based questions, they will give a word document which consist of all the situations, you have to carefully read and prepare answers of each based on your professional experiences

Management is not aligned with the requirement. Cleared all the rounds but then the whole team disappear to give offer. Invested around a month time in the process and later the HR and interview team disappear. Looks like they are not much serious anout but were testing themselves and wasting the team of the candidate. Cleared all four rounds but team became a ghost
