Interview
The interview was one-on-one and conversational in tone. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions about my past experience working on related topics, and why I seeking the mentorship from Randy. It felt more like a deep discussion than a traditional Q&A, and I appreciated how they gave space to reflect on both personal motivations and broader issues in sustainability.
Applied online then received a phone interview within a week. The employer was entremely nice and very professional. There were no case/technical questions only behavioral ones. I would high recommend just giving it a shot.
