Applied online through Indeed website, received an email with an invite to an Open Day for interviews. You arrived and filled out a sheet with some brief questions, but mainly adminstrative questions like availablity etc
Interview lasted around 20 minutes, interviewer asked questions off a sheet, to which she filled in whilst you answered
