Interview
The assessment centre had three part to it; Introduction to the company (presentation by company's staffs), group exercise and Interview. The whole process was quick, straight-forward and was conducted in a timely manner. Group exercise was a presentation on a Wind Turbine Plant. Interview was conducted by two employees in a calm and relaxed environment.
