Starts with a 15 minutes Presentation. After that a group exercise (4 candidates have to discuss placement of a sustainable housing project, have to take 5-6 key points into consideration, 15 mins discussion, 5 mins presentation) Next step is a one hour interview with two engineers. There are general and technical questions. They are really supportive and give you a short time to think as well. Lastly, there is an SHL numerical and report writing test, 20 minutes each. The whole process takes about 3 hours.
