Interview
First there was an individual phone interview. After several days, there was a group conference call / phone interview. There was no video during the conference call, which seems typical for an engineering job.
Rushed and not what you would expect from an interview. Overlooked from the jump and just not the best. Would have liked a genuine interview and actually given a fair shot
Basic questions on innovation, creativity etc one or 2 technical scenarios but very basic. Also questions on inclusion and character and basic interview questionOverall, it was lovely experience and nice people.
two phone calls. 3 pple pleanty of quastions i enjoyed it after listening to all projects I was hooked
i took the job because the benefits qweere ok.
