Phone interview with HR and my prospective supervisor. Only took approximately 30 minutes and the questions were strait forward and easy. I was asked about my experience and how it pertained to the position I was applying for. I was also asked what my long term goals were with respect to working with Jacobs.
Over all it was a positive interview with very friendly people

Two interviews, one with hiring manager and one with a full-time in the team. After the first interview, hiring manager schedule the second interview. The whole process took about 1. 5 weeks.
Applied online of the website. Got call from recruiter after 2 weeks for scheduling an interview. Interview lasted for minutes. 5 panelists took my interview. It was summer intern position.
