Interview
I was interviewed by the head teacher, Stephan, who was super condescending. During the "mock class," he pretended to be a disruptive five-year-old boy, which he continued to do, focusing more on his disrupting me than my actual teaching style and performance.

Question 1
Mostly grammar and discipline questions. Seemingly the only two things that the school is looking for in teachers. That, and a fall-in-line attitude. JadeClass wants automated, "yes sir, no sir" teachers.

Interview
3+ rounds of interviews. I reached the second round when both the interviewer and I decided the position did not reflect my teaching ideology. The first interviewer gave me certain information that seemed to be false according to the second interviewer. The second interviewer was completely disengaged from the very beginning. He acted extremely bored and seemed like he was almost being forced to interview me, as he did not portray the school in a positive light at all. He implied that they require a lecture-style teacher who was discouraged from forming positive relationships with the students and needed to force first-graders to remain seated for and hour and a half as part of their 'discipline training'. The role is sold as a teaching position, however most of your working hours are spent developing their curriculum for the following year.
