I applied online and they sent an email arranging a phone interview. The phone interview itself was a series of technical questions on probability and statistics. They asked me to do some mental arithmetic and I fell down here. I was told that traders need to be able to do fast mental computations all the time as part of the job. They insisted on using the telephone and not Skype/Hangouts. The sound quality on the international call was atrocious.
