Japan Research Institute interview questions

Contact by agent and go for 2 rounds online interviews due to covid 19 situation. 1st round with HR, team lead, and department head. 2nd round with HR manager and general manager

2 parts to the interview, 1st interview by the team leader follow by the service desk team leader and colleague, interview process is not productive, they will ask you back for the second interview and then after 1 week plus they will tell you your personality does not fit the job, even after passing the 1st interview they fail you at the second interview, please don't bother applying for this job title cos they are just testing the job market, right till now this job is still 'open' i wonder if it is a real job? ahhaah
