Was contacted by HR after an initial email screening, They asked for a time that they could call and I replied promptly giving my availability. I was never emailed back confirmation and the HR representative never called me. I emailed her again and set up a new date and time and made her confirm this appointment through email. She also completely missed this appointment. Afterwards, I sent an email expressing my frustration at the unprofessionalism and disrespect of this whole process. Shortly after sending this message I received a phone call from the HR lady, inviting me to an in-person interview with the Vice President of Jayakas the next day at 3 PM. I was about to walk out the door for this interview when I got another email, from the same HR lady, saying that they had cancelled my in-person interview and were moving forward with other candidates. This message was sent within the hour the interview was supposed to take place.
If you value your time and self-respect, do not work with the Jayakas company. During my interview process they were entirely unprofessional and treated me with no respect, only serving to waste my time. By far the worst interview experience I have had.
