Interview
Two phones interviews first with HR and senior scientist and then a 5 hours on site interview with 13 people , basically the whole company, one by one, 20 mins each. They will give the schedule for the on site interview. Questions are technical based depending on what kind of lab work you have done, and they try to see how your experience match the the job description. When answering the questions , make sure to hit all the job description.
