Unprofessional ! The firm communicated the fact that they would prefer to source local candidates from California rather than out of state ones in the last round (round 3) of the interview. They could have been upfront and professional about it before initiating the interview process. This would've saved a lot of time and efforts for the firm as well as the candidate !
On two occasions, the interviewers were late in joining the meeting without prior notice.
On enquiry, I came to know that they pay the salary via checks and not direct deposit, which is pretty weird.
Not recommended.
