I applied online and heard back within a Week. Had a great conversation and move on to the technical assessments. The technical assessments was a front-end project incorporating React and was to build a responsive website that fit on mobile by following mock-ups. It was 4 hours long and was able to complete the project in the timeframe to only to be ghosted in the end with no feedback. Before the assessments the recruiter promise to give feedback once the assessments is complete. I follow up a few times and sadly no replies at all. My advice is why waste candidate time, if you are not gonna get back to them with the 4 hour assessments and just ghost them in the end.
