I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jio
Interview
I had been called for interview by the HR via email. I did not know the whole process. Shortly after I reached, the interview started. The interviewer was very impatient. He did not even wait for me to answer his question and started asking new questions. At last the interviewer told me that I have to brush up my skills. I thought not to waste my time, explaining his behaviour to him. Worst interview ever. I spoke to some other candidates, they were from different domain and technology. Interviewers were asking any random questions (not relating to past experience, technology, work experience, projects of the candidates). Informal questions were also asked. It was like the company had to just show that they are hiring. To me it seemed like they just wanted a change in their routine.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jio (Bengaluru) in Sept 2019
